Delivery is first come first serve, we process calves in the fall and spring, you will be notified one month in advance of when your beef will be ready.

We use Perkinsville in Chino Valley to process the cattle, they hang and dry age them 14 days, then they cut, wrap and freeze, we then pick them up and deliver back to Kingman. Other locations may require a delivery fee.

Cooking will be somewhat different; you do not have the same amount of fat in a store bought product.
